At OfficeKeyHub, we sell digitally delivered software license keys. Because these are digital products, returns and refunds are handled according to the conditions below.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on OfficeKeyHub are digital license keys delivered electronically via email or customer account. No physical items are shipped.

Once a license key has been delivered, it is considered delivered digital content.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• The license key is invalid or cannot be activated
• The license key is defective or not working as described
• You did not receive your license key after successful payment
• You purchased the wrong product and have not activated or used the license key

We may request proof of the issue, such as screenshots showing activation errors.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• The license key has already been successfully activated
• The license key has been used or redeemed
• The issue is caused by device incompatibility clearly stated in product requirements
• The issue is caused by misuse, account restrictions, or violations of the software provider’s terms
• Requests made after 30 days from purchase

4. Replacement Option

If a license key is confirmed to be invalid or defective, we will offer one of the following:

• A replacement license key, or
• A full refund to the original payment method

The customer may choose their preferred option when available.
